How are plans priced?
Each plan includes a number of users for a flat monthly price, and you can add users in packs. Prices are shown in US dollars, straight from our live price list. Plans that are not open yet say so.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Start on the free plan or try a paid plan free for the trial period shown on that plan. No card is needed to start.
How do I pay?
You are charged in US dollars, and invoicing in other currencies is available for other regions and countries. Bank transfer is supported, and card payment options are shown in your billing settings once your organisation exists.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your data. Your organisation moves to a read-only state first, and people keep access to their own shifts, pay and payslips.
Is there a plan for a large or unusual organisation?
