Any organisation that manages people, assets, suppliers or clients: consultancies, hospitals and medical providers, contractors, retailers, property businesses, transport operators and more. You switch on the parts you need, and roles, credentials and approvals are configured to match how you work.

Yes. Start on the free plan or try a paid plan free for the trial period shown on that plan. No card is needed to start. You create your organisation, confirm your e-mail address, set a password and enrol your authenticator app.

No. Forecasts and flags tell you where to look, and every one is labelled. The AI assistant only sees what the person asking is allowed to see, and anything that would change your records is shown as a preview and needs a person’s approval first.

Each plan includes a number of users for a flat monthly price, and you can add users in packs. Prices are shown in US dollars above, straight from our live price list. Plans that are not open yet say so.

You are charged in US dollars, and invoicing in other currencies is available for other regions and countries. Bank transfer is supported, and card payment options are shown in your billing settings once your organisation exists.

Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your data. Your organisation moves to a read-only state first, and people keep access to their own shifts, pay and payslips.
