Operations dashboards and reporting software

See the whole organisation on one screen. Dashboards show coverage, spend, attendance and risk, filtered to what each person is allowed to see, with reports you can download and share.

A manager should not have to open six systems to answer a simple question. Kinetic VOC shows coverage, payroll, attendance, spend and leads together, filtered to what each person is allowed to see.

Reports can be downloaded as PDF and are kept in a private, audited store. Notifications reach people by e-mail, inside the app and, if they choose, in their browser.

What you can do with operations dashboard and reporting software

  • Dashboards that respect access

Each person sees figures for what they are allowed to see, and nothing more.

  • Coverage outlook

See which days are filled, short or uncovered, before they arrive.

  • Payroll, spend and leads at a glance

The figures that matter from each area, on one screen.

  • PDF reports

Generate reports to download and share, kept in a private, audited store.

  • Forecasts and flags that explain themselves

Machine learning forecasts spend and flags unusual attendance and invoices for review. Every flag is labelled as one, and a person decides.

  • Notifications that reach people

E-mail, in-app and browser notifications, with each person choosing what they receive.

How it works

  1. Open the dashboard

See the picture for your part of the organisation as soon as you sign in.

  2. Drill into what needs attention

Follow a figure to the records behind it.

  3. Share and act

Download a report, or let a notification bring the right person to the right record.

At a glance

  • Live dashboards that respect each person’s access
  • Coverage outlook, payroll and leads at a glance
  • PDF reports kept in a private, audited store
  • Notifications by e-mail, in the app and on your browser

Questions about this area

Can the AI act on its own?

No. Insights advise and every flag is labelled. Anything that would change records is shown as a preview and needs a person’s approval.

Who can see the dashboard?

Everyone who is signed in sees a view limited to their own permissions. Hiding a number is never the only protection: the server checks each request.

Where are reports stored?

In a private store, with access recorded in the audit trail.
